“Used” laptops are sold as-is, often without testing or warranty. A “refurbished” laptop at Fixora is carefully checked, restored to top condition, and sold with a service warranty—so you get reliability and peace of mind.
3. Is there a warranty? What does it cover?›
Yes! All our laptops, desktops, and monitors come with a warranty (length mentioned on the product). Warranty covers hardware faults and malfunctions. It does not cover accidental or liquid damage, misuse, or consumable parts like batteries beyond normal usage.
4. What comes with my order?›
Every order includes the device, compatible charger or power cable, and basic packaging. Accessories (mouse/keyboard/bag) or software are included if mentioned in the product details.
5. Are these laptops/desktops original and genuine?›
Yes. We only sell original, branded products from manufacturers like Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Apple. We never sell clone or counterfeit devices.
6. Is cash on delivery (COD) or EMI available?›
