Returns & Replacements
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
If eligible, we will replace the product or offer a full refund. Products must be unused and returned in original condition with all accessories/box.
Any issues beyond 3 days will be handled under warranty (see warranty policy in Terms & Conditions).

Our team will review and confirm your eligibility and next steps within 1 working day.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received/inspected, your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days, back to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exclusions
We cannot offer refunds/replacements for accidental, water/liquid, or intentional damage after successful delivery/normal use.
Minor cosmetic marks (normal for refurbished products) do not qualify for refund/return if the device is fully functional.
